Understanding our Pricing Plan **Is there a charge on the Starter Plan?** No, there are no charges on the Starter Plan. This plan allows you to process up to $500 in revenue from subscriptions, and you can also manage orders that were created before you reach $500. This plan is designed for businesses who are just starting out and want to test out the subscription model without committing to a paid plan. **What happens when the $500 limit on the Starter Plan is reached?** Once you reach the $500 limit on the Starter Plan, the Subscription Widget will be removed from your store. This means that your customers will not be able to create any new subscription orders. However, you can still manage and process orders for subscriptions that have already been purchased. **How is billing handled on the Standard Plan??** On the Standard Plan, you pay only 0.7% on subscription revenue above $500, calculated monthly. If you make less than $500 in subscription revenue during a month, you pay absolutely nothing. For example, if you made $1,500 from selling subscriptions in August, your subscription charges for August will be $7 (that's 0.7% of your revenue minus the free $500). But if you only made $500 from subscriptions in September, you won't pay anything for that month. **How can I upgrade to the Standard Plan?** You can upgrade to the Standard Plan directly from the upgrade button on the app's website, or through email notifications that you'll receive from the company. Once you click on the upgrade button, you'll be directed to your Shopify admin to review and approve the Standard Plan. **Can I cancel the Standard Plan at any time?** Yes, you can cancel the Standard Plan at any time. Simply click the downgrade button and talk to customer service to cancel the plan.
